To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the northern German region (postcode 0 - 4).
Your area of responsibility
- Win new customers
- Develop and support new sales partners
- Sell SW products and solutions in the field of input management, digital workflow processes and ECM
- Search for interested parties, develop them into customers and support them further
- Develop and present solution scenarios
- Create offers and conclude contracts
- Analyse, evaluate and realise market potential
What you should bring
- Several years of success in B2B sales of SW products and solutions, preferably in the area of input management, workflows or ECM systems
- Convincing management personality with "hunter mentality"
- Goal-oriented working methods
- Ability to work in a team
- Customer orientation and confident appearance
- Sales personality with closing confidence and negotiating skills
- Independent action and entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to travel as well as very good German and secure English skills
