To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a part-time (20h) Inside Sales employee (m/f/d), to start as soon as possible.
Your area of responsibility
- Lead generation and cold-calling until the first appointment is made
- Pre-qualification and evaluation of contacts
- Recording customer requirements in the portfolio area
- Proactively approach potential prospects via phone or social media
- Handover of potential leads to the sales team
- Cooperation with Sales Team
- Documentation of all customer information and interactions in the company software
What you should bring
- Several years of experience in lead generation and cold calling B2B
- Positive and open-minded charisma, high self-motivation
- Very articulate
- Quick comprehension
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
- Structured method of working
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft products (XLSX, DOCX, PPTX, Windows, Outlook)
